Everyone loves marble runs in the STEM LAB!

All schools that shifted to virtual learning today due to extreme heat will return to in-person learning on Thursday, May 21.

Based on the latest weather forecast and building conditions, schools are expected to safely support normal operations and in-person instruction. All in-person after-school activities will also resume.

Tomorrow, May 20, will be a virtual/asynchronous learning day for students. Below are expectations for students by their grade level.

Kindergarten Expectations/ Self Contained Special Education- Kindergarten and AS students were NOT sent home with Chromebooks.
8:15-8:30 AM
Homeroom teachers will open a virtual link from 8:15-8:30 for a brief check in. Online participation for students is optional. Students should complete the provided paper packets that were distributed Monday.
9:30-10:30
Teachers will be available on their virtual link for students who may have questions or difficulty with assignments. Students can also email or Dojo their teacher if they have questions.

Grades 1-5 Expectations
8:15-8:30 AM
All students in Grades 1-5 were issued a school Chromebook to bring home on Monday Homeroom teachers will open a virtual link from 8:15-8:30. The teacher will give instructions on what the expectations are for the day. Students will complete work on Google Classroom platform or through packets that were sent home. Please log in so your child's teacher can go over their individual expectations with your child.
9:30-10:30
Teachers will be available on their virtual link for students who may have questions or difficulty with assignments. Students can also email or Dojo their teacher if they have questions.

Specialists/ Learning Support/ESL
9:30-10:30
These staff members will be available on their virtual link for students who may have questions or difficulty with assignments or who may need emotional support.

STEM/PE and Art teachers will post an additional. optional, enrichment assignment for students in Grades 1-5 only.
