Thawban reported: The Messenger of Allaah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Fasting the month of Ramadhaan is like ten months of fasting and fasting six days of Shawwal is like two months of fasting. Thus, they are like fasting for a year.”

Qur’aan Reflection Challenge – Surah Ar-Ra’d (13:28)

📖 1-Week Challenge Rules:

🌟 Objective: Reflect on Surah Surah Ar-Ra’d (13:28) and apply its lessons daily.

Ramaḍân is the month in which the Quran was revealed as a guide for humanity with clear proofs of guidance and the decisive authority. So whoever is present this month, let them fast. But whoever is ill or on a journey, then ˹let them fast˺ an equal number of days ˹after Ramaḍân˺. Allah intends ease for you, not hardship, so that you may complete the prescribed period and proclaim the greatness of Allah for guiding you, and perhaps you will be grateful. Surah Al Baqarah:185

Shaban is not empty time — it’s preparation time.
When deeds are raised, let yours be intentional.
Don’t overlook the doorway to Ramadan.

“Clearing the Heart” Ramadan isn’t just about worship — it’s about entering with a heart that can absorb guidance.
Clear grudges. Apologize if needed. Forgive where you can.
A soft heart holds more light.
The Prophet ﷺ used to say:

اللهم آتِ نَفْسِي تَقْوَاهَا، وَزَكِّهَا، أَنْتَ خَيْرُ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا

“O Allah, grant my soul its taqwa and purify it. You are the best to purify it.”
— Narrated by Muslim (Book of Dhikr)
