You don’t attract what you want.

And that’s what we called menifestation.

When you consistently think about something, you start seeing more of it.

You start taking actions, even small ones, that slowly pull you in that direction.
And over time it compounds.
I’ve seen this happen in my own life.
My background was in finance.
That’s the path I understood. That’s what I thought I would build my future around.
But somewhere along the way, my focus started shifting.
I became curious about tech.
Started noticing problems businesses were facing.
Started asking questions.
Started getting involved in small ways.
At that time, it didn’t feel like a big decision.
It felt like curiosity.
But that curiosity turned into conversations.
Those conversations turned into opportunities.
And those opportunities slowly pulled me deeper into the space.
Until one day, I built 3 tech companies.
Looking back, it wasn’t random.
It was focus.
That’s what manifestation really is.
Not just thinking and waiting.
But focusing long enough that your actions, decisions, and direction start aligning with it.
And eventually, your reality follows.
So be careful what you focus on.

Ws are important!
As much as i enjoy the PROCESS, sometimes the outcomes do really matter!
For people that know me, they know i am super passionate about my first love; Cricket. Also, that i believe in giving my best and leaving the rest to God (and don’t usually worry about results).
Last 7 days were different though..since our defeat last Sunday, i was SUPER HUNGRY to WIN the next game. We had lost 2 in 2 and my team was questioning their skills (as we qualified for the premier division for the first time this year).
I was thinking about it a lot, even up to the extent that it was affecting my work (very rarely happens).
As a leader, i needed to step up and strategize in a way that gave us the best chance of winning. Prepared by getting a steroid shot for my knee (was in serious pain), added a couple of PROs in our squad along with some much needed young blood.
Finally got that first W in - very comfortably in the end. Super proud of my team, but we are just getting started 🚀

30 days ago, I planned to launch in Dallas.
30 days feel very less to gauge initial success right? But, you know what? 30 days are enough to bring about a change - already have 4 live enterprise clients and 6 more interested to sign up! The closing rate is nearly 90%.
Read carefully: Nothing changes unless you take the first step. Don't spend another 30 days wondering if things would work or not. DON'T LET FEAR OVERWHELM YOUR DREAMS.
Craft a plan to scale, grab control of your daily chaos, and turn those dreams into dollar signs.
Dreams don't work unless we LEVEL UP.

The term I’VE GOT YOUR BACK is real true when I think about this guy.
Social media friends, allow me to introduce ! He is my real backbone from day 1 (when I started my first little startup Sportsgear). He brings method to my madness, process to my ADHD borne ideas, discipline to my indiscipline💡
And I don't praise him enough publicly (still learning that art haha)!
Whether it be urgent fires to extinguish, midnight ideas to discuss or some random crazy problems to solve - this guy really GETS S**T DONE. ✔️
I have seen him grow from a 7 year old notorious kid to a mature leader who effectively runs and with me!
