Last week we had our very first Rices Brightest cook out. Well I asked, and the families DELIVERED! It was so great to be able to enjoy the stars. Learning is key but I believe an wholistic approach checks off the hierarchy of needs. Creating penetrating memories that will last a lifetime. We also, celebrated Youngest Stars moving up and Young Stars moving out. Sound on…the joy is pouring through the audio. ❤️📚🌟

I feel like music over the video doesn’t leave space for the capturing of our…personality. Fancy Schmancy is not only a time for us to get fancy and feast. We spend large parts of the day focusing on restaurant etiquette and affirmations. We want to prepare our stars to keep their heads up and know that they belong in any room they choose! 🌟❤️

Seeing and hearing the fruits of one’s labor is always a refresher. This time of the year can feel like a struggle to push through. With parents and a staff like the one I get to direct on this path, makes every day a blessing. Sometimes a challenge, but always a blessing all the same. We have a one goal mindset, and that’s to make these stars the BRIGHTEST ❤️📚🌟

We submerged ourselves with love at Rices Brightest! We made cookies and wrote letters to give to a friend, we made picture frames, we ate heart pizza and exchanged gifts. We even had a runway and threw roses to express our likes. Those voices are from our loving families whispering their star off to nap. Hey! Did you know that 2/13 has been Black Love Day for over 30 years? Now ya know! Happy Love Day! ❤️✌🏾

At Rices Brightest, we call her Ms Suu Suu. I get to call her my sis! I am so so proud to watch her evolve and I pray that these moments propel her to keep moving forward. No looking back Lil Sis! I love you 💕❤️
