Put your phone out of eyesight and on silent
Our phones are so easy to pull our attention into different directions. Placing it in a drawer or in the other room forces you to really think if you need to get up to get your phone
Get outside and get some sunlight before you drink coffee in the morning
I found this was the best way for me to start my days. It wakes me up better than coffee, i avoid the afternoon crash & i go to sleep much quicker at night
Plan your morning the night before
Waking up and knowing what you need to get done for they day is huge. You can hit the ground running vs taking the time to recall what you did the day before
Wake up to a clean house
Waking up to a messy house you’ll feel less inclined to be productive. You’ll see a cluttered space and it’ll distract you from what you need to get done today

Saunas and cold plunges are cool but they won’t replace proper nutrition and sleep

You don’t need a cold tub or a sauna to recover. Get proper sleep instead, it will move the recovery needle more
