Thank you Office of the Governor of Pennsylvania and our leaders in Harrisburg for investing $25 million in recruitment and retention bonuses for child care workers in PA!

While more needs to be done to strengthen the child care sector, this funding signals real progress toward addressing the workforce crisis.

Did you hear the good news?

Last week, our leaders in Harrisburg finally passed a state budget that delivers for children.

After months of delay, state lawmakers approved $1 BILLION in new investments for children and families.

These wins didn’t happen by accident. Advocates, parents, and champions in the legislature fought to make kids a priority.

We’re grateful for every lawmaker who helped make raising a family in PA more affordable and gave more children a fair shot at success.

There’s still more work ahead, but we celebrate a big step forward.
