Our theme this month is winter animals and hibernation! 🐻 🐿️ 🐸

As childcare professionals, we manage significant responsibilities which require balancing safety, learning and emotional support which can be intense at times and lead to stress and burnout.

During our professional development, we strengthened our classroom management skills, learned strategies to prevent burnout, and completed first aid and CPR.
