It’s time to redefine what it means to be a man.
The stigma around men’s mental health is fueled by a false narrative that masculinity means staying strong, silent, and unaffected.
But real strength isn’t about bottling up pain. It’s about having the courage to say, “I’m not okay.”
True masculinity is checking in on each other, not just with a “What’s up?” or “How you been?” but by genuinely asking, “How are you, really?”
Let’s normalize open conversations about our emotions the same way we talk sports on Sunday.
Strength isn’t measured by how long you can hold it together. It’s shown when you turn your struggles into a message that helps another man heal.
Men, it’s okay to ask for help. That’s where real power lives. 💪🏾
