NEW CLASS! In addition to our 🇫🇷 French Macaron classes, we have added a new Pastry Class: Pâte à Choux - in this class with Chef Jeffrey, you will learn how to make this versatile pastry that can be used to make everything from sweet cream puffs and eclairs, to savory gougères. Guests will go home with their own mini Croquembouche to share (or not, we won't judge!).

Just like you, we are glued to the forecast! We are keeping an eye on the predictions. It appears that the storm will begin late Saturday night, so Saturday classes are still scheduled to continue. We will make the call on Sunday classes by noon on Saturday, and you will notified by text and email if classes are cancelled. We will reschedule you, or give you a full refund in the event of cancellation.
