The Keto Body Snatcher, LLC: 25 Days of Group Keto Coaching Clients Update‼️
Let me start off by saying how proud I am of all the ladies who signed up to coach with me in January! These are a few progress pics that I couldn't WAIT to share! Every client doesn't come to me new to keto; some of my clients already have an understanding of Keto and just need my help getting back on track or breaking a stall. No matter where you're at in journey, I'm more than capable of helping to push you to your next level; I just need YOU to be willing to do the work, JUST as these ladies were!
We don't all lose weight the same...we're not all able to do physical activity...but what we do have in common is being able to gain control over what we eat! And HOW MUCH we're eating, as well! I teach my clients CLEAN KETO EATING, tracking and weighing because MACROS MATTER, and I encourage intermittent fasting. I give my clients the SAME RECIPE for success that I personally use on myself! And BABYYYY, the proof is in the pictures!
The next time you think "I only lost 5 lbs", know that ALL progress is STILL progress. And while we use the scale as a tool to measure our progress, it's only ONE tool! This is why I harass my clients about taking pictures! Side by side comparisons don't lie, and they will show you progress that the number on the scale won't! Inches matter! You know why? Because inches indicate a loss in FAT, too! Fat burning achieved by ketosis, clean keto eating, and consistency! IT WORKS!
