I just shared a post, if you feel like this you can reach out to me. Here, all my contacts on the website, wherever. I have been a mental train wreck since my head trauma in 2017! I will listen, give advice, commiserate with you, anything you need to keep your head clear. It may take me a little bit to get back to you, BUT I WILL! If it wasn’t for the support of my loving wife and an amazing group of friends, I’m scared to see where I’d be right now.

So I just shared a post I saw! If you feel like that, I care! If you don’t have anyone to reach out to, reach out to me. I have personally had a mental train wreck since my head trauma in 2017, and if it wasn’t for the support of a loving wife and amazing friend group I’m scared to think of where I would be. Here, or all my business contacts are on the website. It may take me a little before I answer, BUT I PROMISE I WILL! Be strong it’s hard for all of us sometimes!
