Teaching is definitely a love of mine!
Today my student and I made broiled crab and shrimp cakes with a snap peas and radish salad. A delicious Dijon citrus dressing for the salad and a Dijon aioli sauce to top the cakes 😋

Been on the roll with orders. I had made 10 Dozen of my famous eggnog cookies, 3 Apple caramel cakes and 4 peach cobbler cakes . Didn’t hit me that I should of took pictures until after the fact 😆😆

Devin and I were playing around with some recipes and made apple doughnuts. They taste awesome! So easy to make. Try them yourself!😋. Slice apples, take the seeds out, mix together 1 cup of AP flour, 1 tbs baking powder, 2 tbs sugar. Then add milk until battler is like cake . Fry in oil until golden brown,sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar . Or powdered sugar. Or do like I did …. BOTH 😁😁👍🏾

I really need some photography lessons! Anyway.. I made my Baby Girl a Oreo Cheesecake for her 18th birthday. Also a few weeks ago I made my pastor a Keylime cheesecake for his birthday!
