Our children are enjoying fun activities inspired by the wonderful stories of Dr. Seuss. Through colorful books, silly rhymes, creative crafts, and playful learning, we are encouraging our little learners to love reading and use their imagination.

🎉 Wacky Wednesday Fun! 🎉
Today at Tree of Life Learning Center, we had a silly and wonderful Wacky Wednesday as part of our celebration of Dr. Seuss Birthday Month! 🎩📚
Our friends came dressed in their wackiest outfits, mixed and matched clothes, and shared lots of giggles together! We also enjoyed fun activities, colorful books, and celebrated the joy of reading inspired by the amazing stories of Dr. Seuss.
Thank you to all the parents for helping our little learners participate in such a fun and creative day! ❤️

Winter Lesson: Mittens
During our winter lesson on mittens, the children participated in multiple practical and sensory activities. They worked with do-dot art, pompoms and manipulative activities to strengthen fine motor skills. They also practiced the recognition of the letter M, expanded their vocabulary related to winter and developed language skills through guided games and repetition.

Two infants are engaged in tummy-time play on a soft, ocean-themed play mat. Both children are positioned on their stomachs, demonstrating developing gross motor skills, head control, and upper-body strength. One infant is reaching forward toward a toy, showing curiosity, coordination, and visual tracking, while the other is engaging socially by making eye contact and smiling. A variety of age-appropriate sensory toys are placed within reach, encouraging exploration, interaction, and early social awareness. The environment is calm, safe, and supportive of early developmental milestones.

The child was observed participating in a shape and color sorting activity. They used their fingers and hands with control to grasp and place the pieces into the correct openings. The child demonstrated strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and problem-solving abilities by examining the shapes and adjusting their movements to successfully complete the task. The child remained focused and engaged throughout the activity, showing curiosity and persistence.
