Next Tuesday, 6/16, is our Camp Curiosity attendance incentive field trip to the water park. If your student has above 90% attendance for camp this summer, they will get to go to St. Gen Water Park in the morning! 🌊

On Monday, all students will come home with a letter that will state if their attendance meets the 90% requirement to attend the field trip. Be on the lookout 👀 for these letters next Monday!

Our special area teachers have been hard at work planning fun activities for students staying on campus. They will get to play water games, participate in field day activities, and do special art projects!

Tuesday is going to be a fun day! We can't wait to see you there!

Pre-K Camp Curiosity students enjoyed their field trip yesterday to Shooting Stars Gymnastics as well as a visit to the park afterwards! ⭐️🤸🛝

🎨✨ Camp Curiosity was buzzing with creativity and innovation today! 💡

Our students explored both Art and STEM through some incredible hands-on activities:

🌟 Created glowing Firefly Landscapes that actually light up!
🔥 Used woodburning tools, stencils, and heat tools to bring their artistic visions to life.
🤖 Put their coding skills to the test with Ozobots.
🛠️ Let their imaginations run wild at our Make & Take station, designing and building their own creative inventions.

It’s amazing to see what happens when creativity, problem-solving, and curiosity come together! We can’t wait to see what our campers discover next💚

Today was a great day for some 1st grade kickball at Camp Curiosity! 💚

🌲Camp Curiosity brought some special visitors to Mrs. Doran’s and Mrs. Ponder’s classrooms last week! Perry County Conservation Agent Nick Freeman and Lieutenant Chris Doran from the Missouri Department of Conservation shared their knowledge about Missouri’s fascinating fur-bearing animals.
🐻Students enjoyed learning about the different types of fur bearers found throughout our state and had the opportunity to explore wildlife conservation in an engaging, hands-on way. Thank you to Mr. Freeman and Mr. Doran for taking the time to inspire curiosity and teach our students about Missouri’s wildlife resources!
