Just a friendly reminder that the Perham FFA Annual Awards Banquet is tomorrow in the Great Hall at Perham High School!

Last Friday, May 8th, the outgoing and incoming Perham FFA officers helped volunteer at Jack and Janice Lubitz’s Kindergarten Day on the Farm as a community service activity! 🌾🤍🐄
Members helped advocate for agriculture by bringing animals, leading groups around stations, and teaching kindergarteners about livestock and agriculture. Throughout the day, around 150 kindergarteners and 15 adults learned more about the importance of agriculture and where their food comes from.
Thank you to Jack and Janice Lubitz for letting us help with such a great event and thank you to all the members who volunteered their time! 💙💛

Our final State Result Shout out goes to our amazing Career Development Event Competitors. Please join us May 16th at noon to celebrate all our accomplishments this year - it truly has been a year worth celebrating - full of personal growth, career success, and premier leadership.

Horse 6th place - missing stage at 1 point - All finishing Gold = Faith, Olivia, Alyiah
Dairy 11th place - Finishing Gold = Caylee, Jaden, John. Bronze = Luke.
Livestock 37th place - Finishing Silver =Makayla, Kaycee. Bronze = Lucey, Kacie.
Agriculture Education - 5th place - Lucey & Caylee

This honor represents years of commitment, growth, and hard work. To achieve this degree, students have demonstrated excellence through their Supervised Agricultural Experiences, invested hundreds of hours beyond the classroom, developed strong leadership skills, and actively served their chapter and community.

The State Degree is awarded to the top members in each state, and we are so proud to have these dedicated leaders represent our chapter. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed, and this milestone is a testament to the impact you’ve made in our chapter and community. We can’t wait to see how you continue to lead and inspire others. Your passion for agriculture and leadership sets a powerful example for others to follow.

This is a prestigious role that brings together outstanding FFA members from across the state to help select the next State Officer Team. Over several days, these students work together to interview candidates and make important decisions that shape the future of Minnesota FFA.
