What’s the best that could happen? ✨

Today I started cleaning out the facility to get ready for our move.

I moved a piece of equipment that, quite literally, has not moved since we moved into this space, and underneath it was a sticker, face down.

I picked it up and this is what it said.

What’s the best that could happen?

I just stood there for a second. Because leaving this space is so incredibly bittersweet.

I watched girls grow up here. I watched little kids walk through these doors and turn into confident young women. I grew here, not just as a coach, but as a business owner and a person. I watched my coaches grow into the coaches they are today. There are years of lessons, laughs, tears, breakthroughs, celebrations, hard conversations and really, really special memories inside these walls.

And as excited as I am for what’s next, I’d be lying if I said I haven’t second guessed myself along the way.

Am I making the right decision?
Is this too big of a leap?
What if I’m leaving something good and comfortable for something that doesn’t work out the way I hope?

Sometimes making the right decision doesn’t immediately feel right. Sometimes growth feels scary. Sometimes the next step feels a whole lot like you’re leaving behind something you worked really hard to build.

And then, on a random Thursday while cleaning out the facility, I find this sitting underneath something that hasn’t moved in years.

Call it coincidence. Call it divine timing. Call it the universe giving me a little nudge.

I’m choosing to take it as a sign.

Instead of asking myself everything that could go wrong, what’s the best that could happen?

Maybe the thing on the other side of the scary decision is bigger than anything I could have imagined when I first opened these doors.

So here’s to taking the leap. To trusting yourself even when you’re scared. To being grateful for the chapter you’re closing without being afraid to start the next one.

This little space gave me more than I ever could have asked for.

And now it’s time to see what happens next 🫶🏼✨💎

Take the leap of faith. You never know where it might take you ✨

No robots allowed✨

One of my favorite things about pitching is that no two pitchers look exactly the same.

Watch a college softball game and you’ll see it right away. Every pitcher has her own rhythm, her own tempo, and her own style.

We’re all built differently, so why would we expect everyone to move exactly the same?

As pitchers develop, I actually encourage them to find a style that feels natural to them, as long as it isn’t creating unnecessary movement or wasting energy.

There are plenty of ways to be successful in the circle.

That’s what makes pitching so much fun.

Happy pitching ✌🏼

Pitch With Confidence is now available on demand ✨

I created this program specifically for beginner pitchers who are ready to build a strong foundation, understand the why behind what they’re doing, and start developing confidence in the circle.

No rushing. No skipping steps. Just learning the fundamentals the right way from the very beginning ✨

Work through the program at your own pace, from anywhere, and come back to the lessons whenever you need them.

Diamond Elite 2.0 is so close to welcoming everyone 😍✨

This has been a long time coming. I’ve been looking at this space since January and keeping it a secret hasn’t been easy!

I am definitely going to miss our old space, but I can’t wait to make brand new memories here!!

Stay tuned for opening announcements, it’s right around the corner 🩵

Pitching is hard✨

It doesn’t matter if you start at 8 years old or 13. Pitching is one of the hardest skills in sports to learn.

It takes time. It takes discipline. It takes showing up on the days you don’t feel like it. And there will be days where it feels like you’re taking two steps forward and one step back.

That’s all part of the journey.

Pitching isn’t something you learn once and have forever. It’s something you continue to work on every single day. It’s a lifestyle.

My biggest piece of advice to young pitchers, and to their parents, is to enjoy the process. Don’t be in such a rush to get to the destination that you forget to appreciate all the little wins along the way.

The best pitchers aren’t built overnight. They’re built one bullpen, one lesson, and one rep at a time.

Happy pitching ✌🏼

One of my favorite stability + leg drive drills ✨

The hardest part of this drill isn’t the jumps, it’s the holds.

I have my pitchers pause in each position because if they can’t control their body in a stationary position, it’s going to be a lot harder to control it when they’re moving at full speed.

This drill challenges stability, body control, leg drive, and even stamina. The goal isn’t to rush through it, it’s to own every position before moving to the next one.

Slow it down. Stick the landing. Then explode into the pitch.

Save this one for your next bullpen and let me know what you think! ✨

Happy pitching ✌🏼

Timing is everything. ✨

One of the biggest things I see with young pitchers is that their body parts aren’t working together. In this drill, we’re focusing on getting the pitching hand and stride knee moving together to help improve timing and sequencing.

Simple drill. Big payoff.

Happy pitching ✌🏼

Skip Through Drill ✨

This is one of my favorite drills for helping pitchers find a little more explosiveness through their feet and legs while also working on rhythm and timing.

I’ll be honest, most of my pitchers struggle with this one at first 😂 It feels a little awkward until it clicks. But once they get the timing down, they LOVE the feeling it creates.

Remember, the goal isn’t to skip as fast as you can. Stay controlled, stay athletic, and let the rhythm of the drill carry into your pitch.

Save this one for your next bullpen and let me know what you think ✨

Happy pitching ✌🏼
