Refit with Cindy I am a fitness instructor for REFIT Revolution. REFIT will begin on Wednesday, September 4th, 2019 at Redeemer Lutheran Church. Class time is 6:15pm - 7:15pm.

We will have classes every Wednesday through November 2019. No previous experience necessary.
