Today we started our young Yogis class. The children had a great time learning new techniques on how to calm down. They learned how to "smell the flower" and "blow out the candle". Our toddler class has a plant named Vera and today it was getting some extra love/care. They had a discussion on what plants need to live and grow. They also observed Vera to see how much she has grown. Ms. Carrie has had Vera since 2006 and this is a descendant from the original plant.
