This Cauliflower Mac n' Cheese will hit the spot no matter what time of day.⁠

Make this in the Instant Pot with these simple ingredients:⁠

½ cup unsweetened almond milk⁠
¾ cup nutritional yeast,⁠
divided⁠
1 T mustard⁠
1 t sea salt⁠
4–6 cups cauliflower florets (1 head of cauliflower)⁠
2 T ghee, melted⁠
