Hello, Clemente Families! Below you will find our 2026–2027 School Supply List. We're excited to share that many of these supplies will be distributed FREE at our Roberto Clemente Festival on August 21 from 1:30–4:00 PM! Every student who attends will also receive one free school uniform while supplies last. We look forward to welcoming you and your family as we kick off an amazing school year together. Come meet the new principal, Regina Barr, along with our amazing staff! There will be food, games, entertainment, community resources, and fun for the whole family.
Thanks to the generosity of our community partners, we will also be giving away school supplies and one school uniform to every Clemente student who attends the event while supplies last!
Whether you’re a current Clemente family, an incoming Yellow Jacket, or a member of our community, we’d love to see you there.
Together, we’re building a Legendary Clemente; One student, One family, and One partnership at a time! 💛🖤 ¡Ven a conocer a la nueva directora, Regina Barr, y a nuestro increíble equipo! Habrá comida, juegos, entretenimiento, recursos para la comunidad y diversión para toda la familia.

The Results Are In!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the Roberto Clemente Middle School Uniform Survey! Your feedback matters, and I truly appreciate every parent, student, staff member, and community member who took the time to make their voice heard.

After reviewing the survey results, Black Polo-Style Shirts with Black Bottoms received the most votes and will serve as our primary school uniform.

However, as I looked more closely at the survey responses, I noticed that a majority of our Spanish-speaking families selected Yellow Polo-Style Shirts with Black Bottoms. Because every voice matters, I want to honor that feedback as well.

Students will have the option of wearing either:
A Black Polo-Style Shirt with Black Pants/Bottoms
OR
A Yellow Polo-Style Shirt with Black Pants/Bottoms

This decision reflects our commitment to listening to our school community while maintaining a unified and professional look for our Clemente students.

Thank you for partnering with us as we continue building a school culture where every voice is valued and every student belongs.

What an unforgettable moment! As I begin my second week as Principal of Roberto Clemente Middle School, I was honored and surprised by a special visit from Roberto Clemente’s son and members of the Roberto Clemente organization.

Their warm welcome, encouragement, and commitment to preserving Mr. Clemente’s incredible legacy made this moment even more meaningful. It was a powerful reminder of the responsibility and privilege we have to ensure that every student at Clemente is inspired to lead with excellence, compassion, and service to others.

This is only the beginning, and I am excited for all that lies ahead for the Clemente community. 💛🖤 PhiladelphiaSchools
