Excited to officially launch:

I’ve had the chance to connect with a number of families already, and one thing is clear—there’s a real need for simple, honest support when navigating schools.

This is exactly why I created EdNav.

If you’re trying to make sense of meetings, plans, or supports for your child, I’m here to help.

Feel free to share with anyone who might benefit.

There are a lot of families out there trying to make sense of school systems, meetings, and supports—and too often, they’re doing it alone or without clear direction.

I’m working to change that by getting in front of more families and building their confidence, knowledge, and ability to navigate the system on their own.

If you’re connected to a PTA, PTSA, or SEPTA group—or know someone who is—I’d really appreciate you sharing this page. The goal is to reach more families early, so they feel informed, prepared, and supported—not overwhelmed.

I’m also happy to connect directly with groups—whether that’s a short presentation, Q&A session, or workshop around IEPs, 504 plans, MTSS, and navigating school processes. The more we can build understanding and capacity upfront, the better outcomes we create for students.

I’m here to help families ask the right questions, understand their options, and walk into meetings with confidence.

If sharing this helps even one family feel more prepared—or helps us reach many more—it’s worth it.

Thank you for helping expand that reach

I’ve really appreciated the conversations I’ve had with families so far—sometimes a quick connection is all it takes to bring clarity and direction.

Often, that short conversation is enough to feel more confident about next steps.

If you’re looking to support your child through their educational journey, let’s connect.

Did You Know?

Not all students are recommended for advanced or accelerated coursework in the same way—even within the same school.

⸻

Decisions can vary based on data, teacher input, and systems that aren’t always consistent.

That can lead to missed opportunities—or inequities—for students who are ready for more.

⸻

If you’re wondering whether your child is being appropriately challenged, you’re not alone.

⸻

I help families navigate these conversations to ensure there is clarity, consistency, and a plan moving forward.

I also offer a free 15-minute call to:
• Talk through your situation
• Identify next steps
• See if we’re a good fit to work together

Over 50 reactions last week—thank you for the support.

It’s clear there’s a real need for helping families navigate school systems, and I’m grateful to be part of that.

If you’ve been following along and wondering if this could help your child—reach out. Even a quick conversation can help point you in the right direction.

Something good is coming…

I know the website isn’t up just yet—and I appreciate your patience.
Truth is, I’m taking the time to build something that actually works for families… not just something that looks good.

Because what parents are navigating right now?
It’s complex. It’s overwhelming. And you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.

In the meantime, I’m here.
If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or just need someone to talk it through with—reach out. Even a quick conversation can help bring clarity.

Also—putting this out there…
I’m looking to partner on a weekly podcast where we can talk openly about what families are really dealing with in schools—no fluff, just real conversations.

Know someone who hosts one?
Interested in starting one together?

Let’s start the conversation

Did You Know?

Many parents spend hours researching how to support their child—
and still walk into school meetings unsure of what to ask.

⸻

It’s not about how much time you spend…
it’s about having the right information at the right time.

⸻

If you’re feeling unsure about next steps, let’s connect.

I offer a free 15-minute call to help you:
• Talk through your situation
• Identify next steps
• See if we’re a good fit to work together

Did You Know?

Special education doesn’t work the same way in private schools as it does in public schools in New York State.

Many families are surprised to learn that CSE recommendations and IEP services can look very different depending on where their child is enrolled.

⸻

This can impact:
• What services are available
• Where they are delivered
• How support is accessed

And it’s not always clearly explained.

⸻

If your child attends a private school and you’re trying to figure out what support should look like, you’re not alone.

I work with families to make sense of the process and help them move forward with clarity.

Feel free to reach out anytime.

Did You Know?

You don’t have to wait for the school to raise concerns.

As a parent, you can request a meeting at any time if you feel your child is struggling—academically, socially, or emotionally.

Often, earlier conversations lead to simpler solutions.

⸻

At EDNav LLC, I help families:
• Prepare for school conversations
• Understand what to ask
• Feel confident walking into meetings

Because knowing what to say—and when to say it—matters.

Feel free to reach out anytime. I’m here to support.
