This page is dedicated to following my passion to help others find their next steps when life gets complicated, stressful or just dull. I started out my career in a law office, exposed to much of what our county is forced to document, not the most pleasant view of humanity. I then transitioned into helping senior executives with their day-to-day work in a virtual role, which was very interesting a
nd even challenging at times. After learning a bit about business I transitioned into a training position where I taught soft skills, leadership and had the pleasure of connecting with new employees. It was along this career journey that I learned my passion; helping others find their way and solve their problems with creative solutions. In my own career growth I became fascinated with the study of positive psychology (the study of well-being) which lead me to the studies of coaching, goal theory, epigenetics, neuroplasticity and habit formation.
