Change doesn’t have to be hard . Jump start weight loss simply by shifting an evening meal earlier in the day to 3/4. Stay active when you get home/go for a walk and have a protein shake early evening . It’s a pretty quick visible change . This can also set the stage for mini-fasting. nutrition

New Yrs Resolutions have mostly parted ways with reality . But, the issue remains very real.

Water consumption is the difficult part ! So easy to hit 80 or 100 oz of beer, but plain water…crazy is that if you hit the water goals , you WILL lose weight ! Beer, not so much . Staging water bottles won’t do it either - you’ve got to write it down and check each mini-goal off . Let’s try but again this week. I’ll commit to 4 of next 5 days . Resort back by Friday . If you’re not adding hydrate, reach out for a recommendation.
