Bloom Kitchen + Retreats Bloom Kitchen is a boutique North Shore cooking school for kids of all ages - from toddlers to teens! Hi! I'm Whitney...But my friends call me Whit.

IG: My nutrition journey started in 2016. I was struggling to juggle life as a new mom and full time corporate account executive. I was barely surviving and my health and energy were quickly declining. I finally had enough and enrolled in my first ever "30 Day Body Reset" Program. What I learned in that month completely changed my life. I fell in love with nutrition and became obsessed with helping busy women like you FEEL their best. My mission is to make the world a better place, one healthy mom at a time.

There’s a reason we call it SUPPER CLUB. 💛

For generations, some of the best conversations and memories have happened in the kitchen. Think family holidays, everyone gathered around cooking, talking, laughing, and eventually sitting down to eat together.

That’s exactly the feeling I wanted to recreate when I started Supper Club.

Not just a cooking class. A place where kids could show up week after week, learn something new, share a meal, and feel like they belong.

And this last group? They reminded me just how special that can be. 🥹

Of course, they’re learning real-life cooking skills along the way. But there’s something pretty magical about watching kids who were strangers just a few weeks ago become genuinely excited to see each other every Tuesday.

Because sometimes the best thing you take home from cooking class isn’t something you made. It’s a new friend. 💛

BTS: BLOOM KITCHEN DAY PROGRAMS! 👩‍🍳💛

Ever wonder what your kid is actually doing during FOUR hours at Bloom?!

Spoiler alert: We pack A LOT in! 😂🙌

From kitchen safety and knife skills to making multiple recipes from scratch, enjoying what they’ve cooked, working together, and cleaning up (YES, we make them do that too! 😂), there’s never a dull moment in the Bloom Room!

It’s four hours of hands-on cooking, creativity, independence, new friendships + real-life skills they can bring home.

And for parents? Four hours of knowing your kids are having fun, learning something valuable, and being taken care of while school’s out. 🙌

Sharing a few of our favorite finds that we use (and LOVE!) in the Bloom Room!

Some made the list because they’re kid-friendly, non-toxic, or easy to clean. Others make cooking a little easier, and some just make it more FUN! 🙌

Our first one was SO much fun, we had to bring it back. 🙌

This Saturday, we’re turning the Bloom Room into our very own sushi bar and letting our chefs channel their inner sushi master. 👩‍🍳🍣 They’ll learn the art of sushi-making, create their own rolls + see just how much fun it is to make one of their favorite takeout foods themselves!

September is always a little bit of a slow build for us, and then October hits and we pretty much hit the ground running until the new year. 😂 This week feels like the official start of that season.

We’re kicking off fall programming, heading into our third year partnering with local schools 📚 , popping up at Littles Lounge | Indoor Play Café☁️💫, celebrating a birthday 🎈 , bringing back Sushi Saturday 🍣 , and filling the calendar in the best way.

Here’s what’s happening this week:
