Commitment.
This is what it takes to want to take your game to the next level.
To do that you must…
understand that showing up for workouts is a non-negotiable
workout when you can even if it’s 5:30am
prioritize your gym time like you do practices and lessons
put in the work when others are sleeping, eating out, or going to happy hour.
Can you commit?

When I’m 85 years old I want to be able to hang out in the bottom of a deep squat.
I’ve been working with Martin for just shy of 3 years. He has been working out for longer than my lifetime. He had been working with a trainer prior to his move to MS and has trained with me since.
How to we progress at 85? We do new skills in the gym, we challenge the brain, and we continue to get strong!
Now where do you want to be at 85?

TOUGH LOVE
Do it daily or you'll stink.
It's not motivation you need.... it's discipline.
Successful people do it even when they don't feel like it.
Last week, we had an athlete walk in & said: I don't want to be here.
Our response?
Congratulations - you made it in anyway! That was the hardest part.
You know what?
Once she got her workout started, she ROCKED it.
Don't wait until you're motivated.
Don't wait until you're not busy. (You'll never be not busy)
If it's something you want, start today & work for it even on the days you don't want to. You'll be more successful than you've ever been.
