I was a little skittish after falling straight on my head a couple weeks ago plus I have never ridden these trails (or any trails really) before. Unfortunately my GoPro ran out of memory right at the best part but this was still so much fun I had to share.

Ok, non industry people only! (Regular non restaurant/bar people) If every four months, there was a very important memo that had ALL of the information you would need to answer any and or all questions regarding the very thing your business is supposed to know “everything” about,…..would you study that memo the day it was supposed to go in effect or the day the memo was released?

The Deadbolt.
My goal here was to make an Espresso Martini that wasn’t overly sweet and or creamy. Wanted to compliment the more strong, bitter notes that espresso has to offer without having fresh espresso. This cocktail is not for those trying to take a nap any time soon after consuming😉
