Sorors Polk, Aldridge, Bovery, and Bickham attended Occidental’s Pan-African Student Association Cultural Show. During the event, we had the opportunity to share our Sorority’s history and its many firsts. It was also a pleasure to watch the other performances and engage with the students. Trudy Aldridge visited Zeta’s Z-HOPE clinic in Kumasi, Ghana bringing medical supplies to serve the Afua Kofi Ampem Girls High School and surrounding community.

We’re turning purpose into action. Our chapter is launching a coordinated fundraising effort to support International Women of Color initiatives - including the Z-HOPE™ Clinic, clean water wells, literacy programs, and women’s empowerment programs in Africa.

Bibliana Bovery at the Cape Coast Castle library in Ghana, Africa, helping create brighter futures. At the Castle, Sorors brought books, computers, and created a safe space where children can read, learn, and simply be kids.

Fun fact: Bibliana was also responsible for designing and bringing the beautiful banners that now hang in the library, adding inspiration and color to the space. 💙

The ladies of Theta Iota Zeta had an amazing time at the Pasadena Black History Festival, spreading mental health awareness throughout the community and making friendship bracelets with everyone who stopped by our table. It was such a beautiful day connecting, sharing resources, and showing love to our community.

Also, Occidental College hosted their 12th Annual Apollo Night. It was great seeing all the talented performances, including the Greek organizations representing on stage. The night was full of energy, laughter, and so much fun. 💙🤍🕊️

Theta Iota Zeta had a wonderful time at the 42nd California State Leadership Conference! This past weekend was filled with sisterly love, memorable moments, and positive leadership. Every experience continues to strengthen our sisterhood. 💙🤍
