Drink a glass of water (good quality water) before you pick up your tea or coffee. This prepares your body to start moving. This will aid with digestion, boost energy and skin health.
Make sure through the day you drink half of your body weight. When you do exercise you do need to drink more water to replenish what you’ve lost.
Especially during this summer time drink lots of water. Don’t wait ‘till you realize you are thirsty. Drink before you get thirsty.

Yay, Friday! Go out and explore nature. Forest bathing has so many benefits for our mind and body.
Forest bathing involves slowly walking through a forest, taking in the atmosphere through all your senses, and enjoying the benefits that come from such an excursion.
Studies have shown that individuals who walked in the forest showed significantly less anxious, slept better and longer.
Your natural supplement for sleep. 🥰
Go out and bathe yourself in the forest. 🌲🌳🌱🍃
