Who would have thought a blog I started back in 2008 would become the name for my business. But that’s the beautiful thing about stables; they're a constant structure made to protect the things inside. While my exterior has changed and weathered with age, the interior has grown, evolved, and refined its contents.
I’m excited to unleash this endeavor again as it takes me back to a happy time when I used to share thoughts, ideas, and general things. Now I get to share my teachings of knowledge and experiences within the fitness industry.
