We help ensure the growth and development of PCC by providing support that bridges the gap between the college's needs and state-funded resources.

The Pasadena City College Foundation was incorporated in 1979 as a non-profit, charitable, public-benefit corporation. Established by a group of individuals from the college and community, and partially funded by a grant from the Ahmanson Foundation, the PCC Foundation was formed to raise private funds to maintain a high level of excellence at a time of declining public funding. ✨ Tomorrow night, jazz legend and longtime PCC music professor
Bobby Bradford returns to campus for a special edition of our
Hometown Legend Series 🎺

The Eaton Fire displaced many Altadena residents and threatened
to erase decades of artistic and musical history. What it could
not take is the living legacy carried by people like Professor
Bradford.

In conversation with PCC Music Department Chair Zachary Matthews,
Professor Bradford reflects on pushing the boundaries of music,
the community of musicians in Altadena, and the past, present,
and future of his work. The evening features a performance by
the PCC Jazz Studies Department 🎶

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the PCC Flea Market 🎄

Wishing our vendors, shoppers, and Flea community a joyful holiday today!

Just a reminder that there will be no Flea Market in January due to Rose Parade preparations on campus. We’ll be back on Sunday, February 1, 2026.

Enjoy the day and we’ll see you soon 💛😉

If you gave, shared, or reposted on Giving Tuesday, this happened because of you 🫵 🫶

We met our Giving Tuesday match 🎊

On Giving Tuesday, we raised roughly $16,000, unlocking our full $15,000 match and pushing total support past $30,000 for PCC students.

People stepped up, shared the posts, and helped us spread the word, with extra support from PCCLancer and PCC Flea Market 🤝

These funds go directly toward scholarships, emergency assistance, and programs that help PCC students stay on track 🎓📚

To everyone who helped make this happen: thank you 🙏

Giving Tuesday is almost here! 💛

This is Melia, a 2024–2025 scholarship recipient who dreams of becoming a nurse. She maintains a 4.0 GPA and works two jobs on campus: as a statistics tutor in the Math Success Center and a speech tutor in the Student Success Center.

She shared:

“I do the best that I can do to equip myself so I’ll be capable to serve my community with my knowledge and passion.”

Melia’s dedication is a powerful example of how donor support fuels opportunity. And this year, your gift goes further - the PCC Foundation Board is matching up to $15,000 in Giving Tuesday donations.

Because of you, dreams came true! 💫

Your generosity doesn’t just provide financial assistance - it encourages, motivates, and reminds PCC students that someone believes in them.

“I never thought that at 33 with two young kids, I would find myself as a single mother going back to school. You have made it possible for people like me to succeed.” – Posey Low Interest Loan Recipient

“The best way to help survivors is to give them money. We appreciate it very much. We already loved PCC...the assistance we've been given makes us feel valued more than you can know. Thank you
from the bottom of our hearts.” – Eaton Fire Relief Recipient

Thank you for supporting students like myself on their journey to becoming registered nurses. This stipend has relieved stress allowing me to focus on my studies.” – Emergency Grant Recipient

These stories are possible because of YOU. From field trips like “Leadership the Disney Way” to emergency relief and scholarships, your support is shaping futures.

As we approach the season of giving, we invite you to include PCC students in your year-end giving. Visit our Giving Tuesday page to download the toolkit and help spread the word:
