This past Tuesday, our students danced the night away, made amazing memories, and celebrated together in style! 💃🕺 From the music and dancing to the laughter and smiles, it was truly a special evening filled with joy, friendship, and fun.

Last week, we celebrated our amazing After School Staff during Teacher Appreciation Week—and we couldn’t have done it without YOU! 💛

Thank you to all the families who donated and showed their support. Your generosity helped us recognize our team in such a meaningful way, and it truly made them feel appreciated and valued.

We also want to give another big shoutout to our incredible after school staff for their dedication, care, and the positive impact they make on our students every single day. We appreciate you more than words can express! 🌟

The past two weeks have been full of meaningful learning beyond the classroom 🌿✨

Mr. Morales’ class explored culture and history at the Japanese American National Museum, while Ms. Kaitlyn’s class stepped back in time with a visit to the Mission San Gabriel Arcángel.

These experiences brought lessons to life and created lasting memories for our students—thank you to everyone who helped make these trips possible!

🐾 Field Trip Fun! 🐾

Ms. Zip’s 3rd grade class had an amazing time on their field trip to the animal shelter! Students learned about caring for animals, showed kindness and compassion, and even got to spend time with some furry friends. 🐶🐱

It was a day full of smiles, learning, and unforgettable moments! 💛

What a fun and memorable Spring Camp! Our students had an amazing time participating in hands-on activities all week long.

🌱 Gardening Day included rock painting, creating clay flowers and collecting eggs from our garden.

🎨 Spring Art Day students made butterflies, wind chimes, and beautiful floral wreaths. We also hosted a special Family Art Night with Maple Counseling.

🏃‍♀️ Field Day & Water Day wrapped up the week with kickball, parachute games, bubble party, chalk fun, slime making, and water play!

Thank you to all of our families for being part of our Spring Camp. We loved seeing our students create, explore, and have fun together. We look forward to more exciting programs ahead! 🌷✨

“A medida que avanzamos en el siglo XXI, la tecnología evoluciona más rápido de lo que podemos predecir”, señaló Adriani León, directora de escuelas comunitarias. “No se trata de enseñar una habilidad técnica específica, porque esas cambian. Lo que no cambia son las habilidades blandas: trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, resiliencia, adaptabilidad. Si nuestros estudiantes pueden comunicarse bien y adaptarse cuando algo no sale como lo habían planeado, pueden tener éxito en cualquier lugar.”
