Strong Sports Gym houses WiLL&KENGO, a public, personal coaching program and the Strong Sports Social Club, an invitation-only club for boxing, and strength and conditioning.
I sometimes go for long walks at night to help maintain a calorie deficit when I'm trying to lean down. Personally, I prefer light cardio over cutting calories because eating a bit more allows me to get better overall nutrition.
Night walking is also a great time to clear my head and plan my next steps, whatever they might be. Plus, as someone with high blood sugar, these walks are excellent for bringing my levels down. I make sure to eat my final meal of the day right before I head out, which significantly lowers my waking glucose the next morning. As a bonus, I usually bring my dog along, which is a great way to get them some exercise too.

I was deadlifting today and I got a back spasm. Took a bath, two Advil and two Tylenol, took a bite of crappy pie and drank a sugar free soda. Back at it in two days.
Setbacks happen. Rest a day. Get under the barbell ASAP.
First lift back go to about 80% if your work weight for one rep. Wait two days and do the full set of five at 80%. Wait two days and do one rep at 90%. Wait two days and do five at 90%. Wait two days and do one at 100%. Wait two days and do five at 100%.
Might need to back off more in the beginning but get back to it.
