I haven't gone to a meeting of Christians in a long time. So Tuesday went to RNC prayer breakfast, and met several people you might know? Find them these 3 photos and win a prize yet to be determined.

As a divergent doer, I might struggle to lead a dog (hypothetically speaking), yet my candid thoughts on Steven Pinker’s ‘What went wrong with Harvard’ struck a chord online, garnering a whopping 208 likes—doubling the nearest contender—and sparking conversations with 5 times more replies! Who knew?"

In an era where the fabric of the American workforce is undergoing a seismic shift, the emergence of Gen Z marks a pivotal chapter in the narrative of labor and learning. Peter Zeihan’s insights into the future job market paint a picture of a generation poised between the collaborative spirit of Baby Boomers and the self-reliant tendencies of their successors. As the Baby Boomers retire, a chasm in blue-collar labor looms on the horizon, threatening to disrupt the very backbone of industry and infrastructure. Yet, within this challenge lies an opportunity—a chance to rekindle the aspirations of Gen Z and integrate them into the communal tapestry of the workforce.
Enter the gamification revolution: Badgemap community app that transcends traditional education, transforming museums, gardens, artist residencies, and maker spaces into vibrant hubs of learning and mentorship. Not merely a tool; it’s a movement, a call to action for a generation cultivated in isolation, yet brimming with untapped potential. By leveraging the power of play and the allure of competition, we can awaken the dormant curiosity of Gen Z, guiding them towards the fulfilling embrace of blue-collar professions.
The app’s innovative approach to gamification fosters social engagement, encouraging Gen Z to step out of the shadows of isolation and into the light of collaborative enterprise. It’s a bridge between the digital and the tangible, where the thrill of achievement and the joy of discovery coalesce. As they navigate through interactive challenges and real-world tasks, these young minds are not just earning points or badges; they’re gaining skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Moreover, this gamified journey addresses the pressing need for skilled blue-collar workers. It offers a solution that aligns with the intrinsic values of Gen Z—autonomy, mastery, and purpose. By connecting the dots between education, industry, and community, we can cultivate a generation of well-rounded individuals ready to wield the tools of trade with the same dexterity as they wield their smartphones.
In conclusion, the fusion of gamification with real-world learning environments presents a compelling antidote to the isolation of Gen Z. It’s a clarion call for unity, a strategy to bolster the ranks of blue-collar workers, and a testament to the enduring power of human connection. As we stand at the crossroads of change, let us choose the path that leads to a future where every individual can thrive, contribute, and find their place in the grand mosaic of society.
Are you ready to join the revolution? Be so kind, please share & leave your insights.

Moved my Education Project from Los Angeles in Nov 2020. Bought an 8k sqft commercial building on Main St of a friendly beautiful town near Kansas City for $15,000, my utility bill has been $55/mo. Yesterday started our School Library for $19 at the local library book sale. I'm equal distance between both coasts. Who needs to give away ownership to a VC, or bow to the World's largest Philanthropic foundation? Building Medici Florence type educational renaissance center of Life learning & creative center of the USA. Silicon Valley & Austin has lost their original innovation spirit, in my opinion, are copying ideas of the early 2000s. Started one of the first MOOCs, 2 years before Coursera & 3 years before edX. I've been working on the Future of Education since 2010 and helping others like edX find the path. If you are put off by my canter, I'm just leaning forward against the doubters. If I felt I needed the approval to break things or disrupt a terrible education system, I would not have started. I'm throwing down the gauntlet, please reach out and I will make room for kindergarten possibility thinkers to shake up the World. I will give you space with no strings in our building & mentor innovators. "Watch after your pennies, the dollars will take care of themselves" my Nana's quote.
