These events are created with the MOMS in mind!

Created specifically for moms raising children with different abilities, our Moms Reset events give moms a few hours to step away from the appointments, therapies, advocacy, schedules, and everyday responsibilities of caregiving and simply focus on themselves.

And no two Resets are exactly the same! We create experiences centered around connection, mental wellness, self-care, laughter, and FUN. From time with licensed mental health professionals to yoga, activities, mocktails, desserts, self-care surprises, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other moms who walk a similar journey—we want every mom to leave feeling a little lighter than when she arrived.

And we are SO excited because we have TWO Moms Resets coming up!
