e members in the community who understand that hard work and dedication is not enough. Strong communication, establishing rapports, investing in personal relationships, and encouraging off the field fun & activities are equally important as individual talent when building or retaining a true team. The emphasis we place on a good group of players & parents and the pride & commitment we carry within each team is what sets us aside from other clubs… and what makes us NTX Tribe!

Congratulations to Coach Darren Dulaney who notched his 100th Win as a Tribe coach this past weekend!  Darren has been with the club since Fall 2022 and he’s not just a coach… he’s a role model and a teacher of men.  Darren is a strong faith & family man who holds a very high standard with his players on how to conduct themselves both on and off the field.  He always has a list of players interested in his team because his reputation of having a positive impact on your son precedes him.  Thank you to his wife, Emily and kids, Mason, Hayden, Harper, Adam and Brayden for letting us borrow him!

Congrats to Coach Denny Ashenfelter who eclipsed 150 Wins as a Tribe coach this summer!  Denny is our most tenured coach having been with the program since the inception of Tribe Softball in the Fall of 2022.  His passion for the game, his team and willingness to always lend a hand… assisting with camps, clinics and even the development of other Tribe teams has strongly impacted the foundation and future of Tribe Softball. Thank you to his wife, Stephanie and kids, Katelyn, Ryan & Grayson for letting us borrow him!
