we are up and growing again.
It’s been a long journey getting back to this place.
who has sacrificed things over the last 5 years taking care of me several life changing surgeries but now I’m rolling, I’m working around the injuries putting everything back to my normal.
Time to look in the mirror dig deep inside make changes do things that make you feel uncomfortable because that makes you grow.

As I know personally it's easier to have a coach. It takes the stress out of the prep so you can concentrate on your other things.

Well seems how I’ve had two surgeries both shoulders kinda worked on pretty good and both arm biceps resections. I haven’t had the time to post anything.
Please stay tuned January is right around the corner and it will be the most intense prep yet. New Jersey 2021 at 55.....
However Jamie Hope Detwiler is pretty much done taking care of me (AGAIN) but she’s getting back in the iron playground.
Plus we have Nicole Giamundo still kicking butt for her Georgia show in November.
