Hello everyone! I just wanted to share where I got the name P150. For the majority of my life I have loved playing the drums, and specifically for Jesus. I got my start back in 1997, and when 2003 rolled around I got the opportunity to play in my youth worship band at my church at the time. As my experience grew along with my biblical knowledge, a few verses stood out to me. Psalm chapter 150 is the origin of a lot of my worship inspiration. There in the chapter it lists different instruments while proclaiming their praise from their use. Though every verse in this chapter is special, the fifth verse holds the most significance for me.

Praise Him with a clash of cymbals! Praise Him with loud resounding cymbals! Psalm 150:5

But it's verse 6 that rounds things off beautifully.

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!! Psalm 150:6

Worship through the drums is my purpose wholeheartedly. Whenever I play on Sundays or Wednesdays at my church I always enjoy it. From many opportunities past, present, and future, I know that my purpose is to play well and pass along what I have been given. That is where the name P150 Drum Services originates from. It is at the heart of my teaching and is the source of the methods at which I get my ideas, because without God, we have no breath.

I'll be assisting the drummer up at His Place Fellowship today setting up a new Roland kit. It will be replacing an Alesis kit. Definitely an upgrade!

I am still putting things together for the P150 Drum Services mobile unit. I went by KNB Music and talked to Corey there about a keyboard amp for my e-drums kit, and he was incredibly helpful! His Peavey rep was actually there when I stopped by, so that was perfect timing!
