💻🚀 From a skill to a business!

Today at CIHS, our 9th grade Global Business & Logistics students had the opportunity to hear from entrepreneur Leann Frank ()!

Leann shared her journey of turning her skills into a business designing websites for companies and reminded our students that building a website is only the beginning. She talked about maintaining client relationships, growing a business, the impact of influencers and social media, and what students can start doing right now to build skills for their future. 💡

Our students asked great questions and got a firsthand look at what it takes to turn a skill, an idea, and some hard work into a career. 🙌

🎉✂️ A historic day for Career Innovation High School! ✂️🎉

We were proud to officially celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony for Career Innovation High School alongside distinguished guests from the county and state. It was an incredible honor to welcome community leaders, supporters, staff, students, and families as we marked this exciting milestone together.

During the ceremony, CIHS was also presented with a state proclamation recognizing the official opening of our school and the innovative opportunities it will provide for students for years to come. 📜👏

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special and to all those who continue to support the vision and mission of Career Innovation High School. The future is bright, and this is only the beginning! 🚀💙
