We were proud to officially celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony for Career Innovation High School alongside distinguished guests from the county and state. It was an incredible honor to welcome community leaders, supporters, staff, students, and families as we marked this exciting milestone together.

During the ceremony, CIHS was also presented with a state proclamation recognizing the official opening of our school and the innovative opportunities it will provide for students for years to come. 📜👏

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special and to all those who continue to support the vision and mission of Career Innovation High School. The future is bright, and this is only the beginning! 🚀💙

🏐🔥 What an unforgettable day at our 1st Annual Student vs. Teacher Volleyball Game!

Over the course of May, student teams competed in an exciting volleyball tournament, leading up to yesterday’s championship matchup where the two winning student teams battled for the chance to face the teachers. 👏🏆

The student section brought incredible energy all game long; loud, supportive, and full of school pride! 🎉❤️ Seeing students and staff come together in such a positive way is exactly what building school community is all about.

A special thank you to our Phys. Ed. teacher, Mr. Parsons, for organizing such an incredible event, and to all of the teachers and students who helped make the day so memorable! 🙌🏐

Still can’t believe it’s already been a week since we inducted our newest class into the CIHS family 🎉💙

Here are a few behind-the-scenes moments from such a special evening 📸✨ We couldn’t be prouder of our Class of 2029 Student Ambassadors for welcoming and speaking to the incoming class with such confidence, kindness, and leadership. The future is bright at CIHS! 🙌🎓

🔧⚙️ Today, for a short time, I traded my office for the welding lab! 👨‍🏭🔥

It was great working alongside our students as I helped them put together a portable welding booth. What made the experience even better was having the students take the lead by giving instructions, explaining the process, and working together as a team to get the job done. 💪

Moments like these are a great reminder that teamwork, communication, and hands-on learning are what make career and technical education so impactful. Proud of our students for stepping up and leading the way! 👏🔩

🎉 Spirit Week was a huge success! It was so great seeing both our students and teachers showing off their school spirit all week long 💙🙌 From creative outfits to tons of smiles and laughter, the energy around the building was amazing!

We were having so much fun throughout the week that we honestly didn’t take as many pictures as we wanted because everyone was busy being in the moment 📸✨ Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the week so memorable 🥳📚
