YOUR HAIR HAS A PERSONALITY. LEARN TO WORK WITH IT! 🤍

Gray hair and curly hair don’t always play by the same rules as straight, pigmented hair.
Gray hair can become coarser, wirier, and more resistant to styling as its pigmentation changes.
Curly hair has a unique structure that affects how it grows, moves, and responds to moisture.
Put the two together, and you have a completely different set of considerations when it comes to cutting and styling.
That’s why every haircut shouldn’t be approached the same way.
Sometimes, removing bulk, creating layers, and softening the perimeter can help thick hair move more naturally.
And sometimes, what looks like an uneven or wispy end is simply the result of the hair’s natural texture and the way it falls when straightened.
The goal isn’t to make every head of hair behave the same. It’s to understand what makes each head of hair unique.
Because healthy hair and a great haircut aren’t just about what happens in the salon. They’re also about understanding your hair at home!
