🏈 GAME DAY: Making the Right Plays! 🏈

During our family meeting, our teachers came together to dig into two of our instructional focuses for this year:
TARGET 🎯 and SCHOLAR ACCOUNTABILITY 📣.

🎯 TARGET: How are we using the learning target to bring clarity to scholars about what they are learning, why it matters, and what success looks like?
📣 SCHOLAR ACCOUNTABILITY: How are we creating opportunities where EVERY scholar has to think—not just the scholar we call on?
The question isn’t simply, “Who answered?” It’s “Who had to think?”
When scholars have clarity about their learning AND every scholar is expected to engage, think, and respond, we’re making the right plays for every scholar to thrive! 🏆

The excitement was REAL in Ms. Albury’s 3rd grade science class! 🤩 Our scholars put their engineering skills to the test as they planned, built, tested, and replanned prototypes of bridges with one big goal—designing the strongest bridge to hold the most pennies possible!

We LOVE seeing our scholars this excited about learning, collaborating, and taking on a challenge! ❤️📚
