What an incredible week at the Aspire Academy Summer Program!

Our students spent the week building valuable workplace and life skills by learning about employer expectations, practicing table service as waiters, waitresses, and bussers, and creating positive personal profiles to showcase their strengths.

We wrapped up the week with two amazing community-based learning experiences—working in a retail store and volunteering at Sandhills Global Event Center, where students helped fill contestant buckets for the upcoming National High School Finals Rodeo.

We are so proud of their hard work, positive attitudes, and willingness to learn. Thank you to our community partners for providing these meaningful opportunities!

FCCLA had a great time at National Leadership Conference in Washington, DC! So proud of our seven competitors—Austin, Hattie, Lauren, Carter, Devynn, Kailey, and Laila—for representing our chapter with professionalism, determination, and heart.

A huge congratulations to Austin, Hattie, Laila, Kailey, and Devynn for earning Top 10 finishes in their events! An extra shoutout to Devynn, Kailey, and Laila, who brought home 2nd Place in Entrepreneurship Level 2!

We’re also so proud of Hope for representing Nebraska as a State Officer throughout the conference.
