Harlow Vega is owned and operated by Harmony Nixon a licensed Cosmetologist, Make-up Artist, Photographer and by Christian Allgood a licensed Esthetician and Make-up Artist. Both women attended Lancaster Beauty School and Make-up Designory (MUD) together. Their menu of services offer every aspect of photography, hair, make-up and waxing. Eyebrow threading and airbrushing will be added to the menu in the next few months.
