Our middle schoolers have something increasingly rare: an education that isn’t dominated by screens, Ed Tech, and digital stimulation.
A recent review of 63 studies involving young people ages 11–26 found that connection with nature was associated with greater well-being and lower stress, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms. Nature can help restore attention, calm the nervous system, and foster connection.
In a world of increasing digital overload, we believe giving kids space to unplug, breathe, connect, and experience the natural world is something worth protecting. 🌱
