ADHD Life 101 ✨ Hi, I’m Vivianne! I believe neurodivergent kids don’t need “fixing”—they need understanding, support, and tools that honor how their brains work.

Using the lens of ADHD, the ADHD Life Coach’s role is to partner with their client to help them clarify goals, identify barriers, and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles. I’m a former special education teacher and a late-diagnosed ADHD woman who now coaches neurodivergent kids and teens—especially those with ADHD and/or autism. I specialize in helping children build executive function skills like planning, focus, flexibility, and self-regulation in fun, creative, and affirming ways. Whether it's through games, art, storytelling, or movement, I meet kids where they are and help them grow strategies that actually work for them. I also support parents and educators who want practical, compassionate tools that make everyday life easier and more connected. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me writing stories, creating playful curriculum, or dreaming up new ways to make learning joyful and inclusive.

I pulled out my 2013 draft of the picture book and saw that a lot of it was still on point with my message. So, I tweaked a bit, added some new perspective, and drafted the verse. It’s no Pulitzer Prize but it’s DONE!
