Did you know personal lubricants, dental dams, and condoms - external and internal variations expire!? It's true!

If you're a person who doesn't believe in expiration dates I would urge you to remember that the materials break down over time so even if it "looks ok" the material can have small holes throughout and that is enough to allow the spread of STDS and cause pregnancy!

Be safe! Check your dates!

I can celebrate today because of the privilege I have that allows me to be out and proud. Not all people have that privilege.

For the last year and a half or so, this office was living proof of this dream of mine.

It was a home away from home, and even a place I've taken naps when I couldn't take the world anymore.

Several clients came, talked, cried, and healed.

And now this office will close. Rent is increasing, number of clients is decreasing and number of in person client's has remained at zero for over a year.

It hurts, and I hate it.

This place will close, but this dream will not.

Looking to 2024, I hope to invite new virtual clients to heal with us.

Enjoy your BBQs and days off celebrating "freedom". We're not free until EVERYONE is free.

I see only attacks on freedom in this country.

I see my trans brothers and sisters health care being taken away and them living in fear of the next hateful attack.

I see my q***r siblings having to hide who they are for their safety.

I see kids in fear of being outed to their hateful parents.

I see kids in fear of being shot and killed at school.

I see educators in fear of losing their jobs for giving books to children.

I see educators leaving the profession due to fear.

I see women everywhere in Fear that they will not be able to access healthcare they need.

I see disabled folks being forgotten about and ignored.

I see folks fleeing their homes to seek safer locations.

I see prisoners being used in slave labor.

I sew black and brown folks living in fear of the next attack

I see far too much fear.

As a person I see my privilege. Do you?

From the day it happened:

"LOVE WON: In a historic ruling, the Supreme Court has decided IN FAVOR of marriage equality in Obergefell v. Hodges. Marriage equality will soon be a reality in all 50 states!"

We have come.so far but still have so so far to go!
