Oxnard School District jobs saved before Christmas Nearly 141 Oxnard School District campus assistant jobs will be saved this holiday season after the school board voted late Wednesday night to keep the positions.

It was a huge honor to have the opportunity to put this great event together to Install newly and re-elected officers for chapters in Region 8.
Having Association President was a Plus, along with AD Don Snyder, Retiree Unit Board member Jeannie Batiste and RR for Region 69 Cindy Salazar. Also kudos to Jessica Zarate Regional Secretary who took care of registrations and more!

Just came back from my last RPM for the year! Big thank you to all the member Leaders who attended, including LRR's Jennifer and Vince, as well as Area Director Don Snyder. It was a potluck kind of meeting, to celebrate the Holidays and say bye to year 2016. I am so honored to be serving this great leaders around Region 8 and its members. Elections all went good, looking forward to keep on working with the newly elected and re-elected officers for the year 2017. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!
