How did you start doing energy work and soul coaching?

During the early part of the pandemic, I took my passion for personal development, growth, and helping others and made it official. I went deep into my own healing while also going through my coaching certification courses. I was able to see clients all over the country virtually during the pandemic which was amazing. Because I feel so strongly about helping people to fall into alignment with themselves, working on healing energy is a crucial part of that, so that is how I got started in Reiki. Energy work has really dialed up incredible results for me and my clients!

What did you do to focus on your own wellness?

Not abandoning myself is a key to my own wellness. I create space for my wellness and hold a boundary around it is key! Wellness can look like any number of things – like getting more sleep, working on things that light me up, Yoga, journaling, reading, hydrating. I check in with myself, and make sure to honor whatever it is I need! 😊

Which of your Chakras could use a tune-up right now?

I’m always tuned into my root chakra to make sure I’m grounded. As the days are just so busy, it’s easy for me to swirl in the chaos of the day to day! Also my third eye as I’m growing all of my intuitive magic powers. ⚡️✨ ⚡️✨

2 years ago, almost to the date, I set out on a journey to become a life coach - to help people work through their junk, limiting beliefs and traumas and to become their best selves.

In the past year, I brought Reiki into my practice. It’s such a beautiful & effective complement in healing.
I have been seeing coaching and reiki clients virtually most of this time, but it brings me so much excitement and joy to have found a home to see clients IN PERSON at Pushna Wellness. I’ve found incredible new friends in Jess Dues (who owns Pushna) and Elizabeth Megan who is an incredible healer.
Both welcomed me with open arms and I'm so grateful! We are planning big things together and I cannot wait to share it with you all!
