First Step Healthcare was started from a desire to teach the student nurse assistant (NA) to be the best Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) they can be. The CNA is the eyes and ears of the nurse. Without competent, knowledgeable CNAs, the nurse cannot effectively do his/her job. Our mission is to train the student to be a very productive and important member of the healthcare team. Our class sizes are small so that each student can receive personalized training. Our focus is on teaching the student everything that he/she needs to help take that First Step towards a healthcare career.
