Being a dad is the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. It’s also the toughest. So many of the parents and caregivers I encounter as I travel across America tell me they feel lucky to be raising kids, but they are struggling.

We can do more to support parents and caregivers. We must shift how we value parenting – and use this to drive policies, programs, and individual actions.
