JCCC Faculty Association recommendations for 2023 Board of Trustees elections are:

Laura Smith-Everett: https://www.laurasmitheverett.com/
Greg Mitchell: https://www.mitchell4jccc.com/
Valerie Jennings: https://www.valeriejenningsforjccctrustee.com/

We are lucky to have numerous qualified candidates running for the Board this year. We chose to recommend these 3 because of their strong support of unions—especially in education. All 3 received 100% ratings from KS Mainstream Coalition.

Recommendations are based upon candidate questionnaires, the candidate forum, and engagement with the candidates.

It was a great time at the JCCC’s Annual Harvest Dinner to raise money for scholarships in Sustainable Agriculture.

As a JCCC Trustee, Valerie will continue to support the incredible programs that JCCC has to offer.
